When you request a quote or use our services, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery addresses, moving date, move requirements, inventory details, survey information, booking and payment records, photos or documents you choose to provide, and feedback. We may also receive information you send to our team by phone, email or WhatsApp.

How we use information

We use this information to contact you about your enquiry, prepare and send quotations, create and fulfil bookings, coordinate our staff, provide status updates, process and document payments, respond to support requests, and maintain service and security records.

Service messages and providers

We may send service-related updates by phone, email or SMS using the contact details you provide. We send WhatsApp enquiry and booking updates only when you choose to opt in. WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We may share relevant information with our staff and service providers only as needed to operate the service, including communication, hosting and payment providers. Their services may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Storage and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of your information, subject to any records we must retain. To request deletion, call the number below, provide the phone number used for your account and your booking ID if available, and ask for data deletion. We will verify your identity before processing the request. You can also turn WhatsApp updates off in your customer profile or ask us to stop them. Stopping WhatsApp updates does not prevent us from contacting you when needed to fulfil an active booking through another appropriate channel.
